PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CONTRACT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU FOR SIGNING AND INPUTTING OF YOUR ANSWERS

I/We wish to board our dog(s) with Ashford Pet Care from

Terms and Conditions
* I hereby represent that I am the legal owner of the dog(s) described above to use the
services provided by Ashford Pet Care
* I hereby waive and release Ashford Pet Care from any and all liability which my
dog(s) may suffer, including specifically, but not without limitation, any injury or
damage whatsoever arising from the dog(s) attendance and participation of services
provided by Ashford Pet Care.
* I hereby represent that my dog(s) is of good health and has not been ill with any
known contagious diseases in the past 30 days.
* I recognise that the health of the dog(s) is the owner’s responsibility. I hereby
represent that all required vaccinations are up to date. I will also continue to ensure
that the required vaccinations will be kept up to date for as long as my dog(s) attends
Ashford Pet Care. In addition, I hereby represent that my dog(s) have flea/tick
prevention treatments applied regularly.
* I further understand and agree that in admitting my dog(s), Ashford Pet Care has
relied on my representation that my dog(s) is in good health and has not harmed,
showed aggression or threatening behaviour towards any person or any other dog.
* I further understand and agree that Ashford Pet Care will not be held liable for any
problems that might develop with my dog(s) including but not limited to sickness,
disease, injury, running away and death provided that reasonable care and
precautions are followed.
* I understand and agree that any problem that develops with my dog(s) will be treated
as deemed best by Ashford Pet Care at their sole discretion and that I assume full
financial responsibility for any and all expenses incurred.
* Ashford Pet Care reserves the right to permanently remove a dog from care at
any time to ensure the safety of other dogs as well.
* Ashford Pet Care reserves the right to retain all or part of the deposit monies in
the event of the dog causing damage to the care premises/property and
disturbing our sleep.
* Ashford Pet Care Requires that you provide us with two extra days of food, this is required for unforeseen circumstances such as a delay in your return.
* Only dogs considered to be well socialised, who enjoy the company of other dogs and people, are suitable for joining Ashford Petcare
* Please note that not all dogs are suitable.
* All dogs will be interviewed along with their owners.
* Dogs with behaviour or aggression issues will not be accepted.
* All male dogs over the age of 9 months must be neutered.
* Female dogs who come into season will not be able to attend Ashford Petcare for the duration of their season (2 – 3 weeks).
* Written consent is required if you would like your dog to be walked off the lead.
* Written consent is required if you consent to your dog being in a home boarding situation with other dogs.
* All dogs accepted must have an up-to-date vaccination certificate including kennel cough.
* All dogs accepted require to be de ticked, wormed and de-flead regularly.
* In the unlikely event of your dog being involved in an accident or in an emergency, Ashford Petcare will take your dog to Olive Tree Veterinary Surgery.
* Puppies from 8 weeks are welcome – please discuss this with your vet.
* All dogs in our care wear our collars with our I.D. tag which are supplied by Ashford Petcare.
* Occasional dogs will be invoiced in advance – payment is due on receipt of invoice.
* Regular dogs will be invoiced in arrears at the end of the month, payment is due on receipt of invoice.
* If no payment is received Ashford Petcare reserve the right to refuse your dog and will contact you to inform you of this.
* Ashford Petcare will not accept responsibility for the death, injury or illness of your dog. You are strongly advised to insure your pet for all eventualities.
* Ashford Petcare reserves the right to refuse, or terminate the contract of any dog or owner who displays aggressive, destructive or unreasonable  behaviour.

A booking fee of 50% is payable at the time of booking, this secures your dog's place and the dates that you have requested, the balance is due on collection by either Bank Transfer or Cash.

Ashford Pet Care - A non refundable booking fee is required when you accept the quote, this must be paid as soon as accepted in order to secure the date, the balance is required on collection in Cash or Bank Transfer, this MUST be done at the time of collection in order to not incur additional fees of £10 per day until paid in full. Cancellation Terms - if you cancel your dog's stay up to 31 days before boarding you will lose the booking fee from 30 days to the agreed boarding day, payment is required in full irrespective of whether you board or not.
